Our oils are extracted by exclusively mechanical extraction procedures (grinding, stirring, centrifuging , decanting and filtering),which allows us to obtain olive juices which then attain the category and designation of "Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Bajo Aragón".

You are bound to recognise this oil because when you taste it, it reminds you of the ripe, healthy fruit it comes from, with a characteristic sweet, fruity taste, as a result of picking the grapes at their peak, with slight hints of almond and no bitterness. Its aroma is also intensely fruity (recalling ripe olives) and it has an unmistakeable golden yellow colour.

In order to be able to obtain these high quality oils it is essential to start with fruit in perfect condition and to have good facilities, like ours, which allow us to process them correctly.
